EVENT PLANNING
1) You decide which package is the best one for your needs and your venue space
2) Tell us how many hours you need, including ceremony time(if needed), through to end of reception
3) Once the contract is approved, sign it and pay your deposit with check, cash, Zelle, or credit card
4) Log on to our online music planning system to plan all your music for your your wedding
5) Your DJ stays in touch with you from start to finish, and will have a “final details” phone call/Zoom meeting 2 weeks before your big day
6) Your DJ will arrive atleast an hour ahead of your music start time to setup and be ready for your wedding
7) It’s party time!
We offer a “Covid-guarantee”, which states that if you need to cancel without rescheduling, your deposit money will be refunded back to you within 30 days. Your wedding can also be rescheduled to a future date, for no charge, and we would work with you to find a new date that is available on our schedule. This policy is stated in our agreement with you.

Hiring a professional DJ from a reputable company whom thousands of clients have used before – and have been ecsatatic with their results – is like taking out an insurance policy on the $1000’s you’ve spent on your reception hall, food & alcohol, and other wedding services.
